Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order cancellation requests must be placed before the product is shipped.
2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be allowed through the website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected T-shirts.
2. Eligibility details and return duration are mentioned on the respective product page and may change without prior notice.
3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:

• Size issues (if exchange is unavailable)
• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received

1. Once the returned product is picked up and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized or printed Couple T-Shirts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or defective.
• Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution is not considered a defect.
• Return/Exchange requests not raised within the return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
